ArMoWealth

Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

ArMoWealth helps you see what your properties really earn: equity, yield and cash flow, explained with your own numbers. This policy says what happens to the information you enter, in plain words.

Who we are

ArMoWealth is made by ArMo, run by two private individuals:

Together they are responsible for your data ("joint controllers"); info@armohub.ch reaches both. The Swiss data protection law (FADP) and the EU's GDPR apply.

Your figures stay on your phone

Everything you type about your properties stays on this phone:

ArMo never receives these figures.

Backups

Backups are files you save yourself, on this phone or wherever you choose. With the automatic backup copy switched on, the app keeps a fresh copy in Downloads/ArMoWealth on this phone, so a reinstall loses nothing. ArMo never receives your backups. Anyone who has a backup file can read it, so keep it somewhere safe.

Exchange rates

If you use more than one currency (for example a property in Armenian dram and your totals in euros), the app fetches the day's exchange rates when you open the app, at most once a day, from a free public service, open.er-api.com (ExchangeRate-API). The request carries nothing about you or your properties: it only asks for today's rates. Like any website, the service sees your phone's internet address. While all your amounts are in one currency, the app never makes this request. You can always type your own rate instead.

Feedback

"Report a problem or suggest an idea" opens a form in your browser, run by Tally (a Belgian company that stores data in the EU).

No analytics, no ads

The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. Nothing is sold.

Purchases

Subscriptions and piece packs go through Google Play; Google handles the payment.

Android backup

If you've turned on Android backup, Android may include the app's data in your Google account backup. That backup is run by Google under your phone's settings; photos and attachments are left out.

Calls, messages and contacts

Call, WhatsApp, SMS and email open your phone's own apps. When you pick a contact, Android shares only that one contact with the app, and it stays on your phone. The app has no permission to read your contacts, make calls or send messages by itself.

How long we keep things

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Write to info@armohub.ch; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be), or to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).

Deleting your data

Who it's for

ArMoWealth is for adults (18 and over) who own or manage property.

Not financial advice

ArMoWealth explains your own numbers. It is not financial, tax or investment advice.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date above. For important changes, we also tell you in the app.
